About WareDesk

WareDesk comes from a team with over a decade of experience building and supporting Shopware stores.

We built WareDesk because we kept seeing the same problem across the shops we support: customer questions that are simple to answer (like "where's my order", "is this in stock", "how do I return this") still take a human to handle, one at a time. WareDesk answers them directly, using your shop's own data, and only brings in a person when it should.
